From the moment we left London, there was a buzz in the group that never really faded. Singapore welcomed us with its clean streets, glowing skyline, and that mix of cultures that somehow feels both fast-paced and calm. Watching our guests experience the Night Safari was a highlight. There were laughs, surprised reactions, and plenty of photos taken in the dark. During the city tour and river cruise, I could see genuine curiosity as stories of old trading ports and modern skyscrapers came together. Sentosa brought out everyone’s playful side, especially during the Wings of Time show, where even the most camera-shy guests were happily filming and clapping along.
Malaysia added a different rhythm to the journey. Kuala Lumpur impressed instantly, especially when we reached the observation deck and the city opened up beneath us. Genting Highlands was pure fun. The cable car ride had everyone glued to the windows, pointing out the views and joking about who was brave enough for the rides at the top. Putrajaya and Batu Caves brought quieter moments of reflection mixed with energy, especially during the climb, where guests encouraged each other step by step. Even shopping stops turned social, with shared recommendations and friendly bargaining tips exchanged.
Thailand wrapped the tour up beautifully. Bangkok felt alive at every hour, from temple visits that left guests visibly impressed to the dinner cruise where conversations flowed as easily as the river. Pattaya shifted the mood again, more relaxed and playful. The floating market boat ride, the colourful Alcazar show, and the Coral Island speedboat excursion were clear favourites. By the end, it was obvious this was more than a checklist of places. Our guests had genuinely enjoyed themselves, formed connections, and returned home with stories they were already retelling at the airport
